REBEL SUPREME Tall Fescue Blend contains
four Rebel Family turf type fescues each designed to compliment
each other. The Supreme blend features an attractive dark
green color and improved resistance to drought and heat. A
strong tolerance for wear makes this blend well suited for high
traffic areas. -- A product of Lofts Seed
PLANTING RATES:
New lawns: 8-10 lbs per 1000 sq. ft.
Overseeding: 5 lbs per 1000 sq. ft.
Planting Rebel Supreme Tall Fescue Grass Blend
Re-seeding lawns:
- Rake Spots that are bare and thin, scratching surface
deeply, the Fertilize.
- Spread seed wherever needed.
- Rake again to cover seed lightly. If you have a light
roller, use it at this time.
- Water thoroughly and regularly, using only a fine spray.
For New Lawns:
- Turn soil to a depth of at least 4".
- Break up all lumps - rake off stones and debris.
- Rake the soil bed, providing a slight slope away from the
home, thereby encouraging good lawn drainage.
- Work in fertilizer according to manufactures
instructions. A lawn starter fertilizer is your best
choice.
- Break the surface of the soil with a rake and spread half of
the package North to South and the other half, East to
West. Then rake lightly.
- Water thoroughly and regularly, using only a fine spray.
- Do NOT mow until the entire lawn is at least 3 inches in
height.
