GROWTH HABITS
- Bunch-type growth habit with medium blade width / Moderate
upright growth
- Uniform, dense turf with a bright, dark green color
- Very deep rooted, performing well in a wide range of soil
types
- pH range of 5.5 to 8.0

- Resistance to Rihzoctonia brown patch
- Superior overall performance in heat and humidity
- Offers outstanding performance in the tall fescue transition
zone
- Excellent drought / heat tolerance
- Tolerates full sun to moderate shade
- Superior traffic / wear tolerance
ESTABLISHMENT & MAINTENANCE
- Seed at 6-10 lbs/ 1000 sq. ft -- or 400 lbs / acre
- Early fall / spring seeding is best
- Seedbed should be kept moist during germination and
establishment
- Germinates in 8-14 days with optimal soil temps of
60-80 degrees F
- Full coverage in approximately 6-8 weeks
- First mowing should occur when plants reach 2-3 inch height.
- Maintain at a mowing height of 1.5 to 3 inches
- Fertilizer at an annual rate of 4-5 lbs actual N / 1000 sq.
ft.
